Good conversations.
What to expect

A little more than a chat.

I’ll guide the conversation with questions and activities chosen around the theme. We’ll hear different perspectives and finish with a reflection or takeaway of your own.

We can talk about the weather.
But let’s see where else we go.

Where we meet

We meet in cosy cafés, community spaces and sometimes outdoors in Norfolk. Hoogah can also happen online or in other places. Each session listing will tell you where we’re meeting, how to get there and what is included.

A few things you might be wondering

A little more about Cosy Convos.

Can I come on my own?

Yes. Come on your own or with a friend. The session is facilitated, so you don’t have to start the conversation yourself.

Do I have to share personal things?

Join in at your own pace and share only what feels right for you. There’s no pressure to have the right answer.

What if I’m not creative?

No artistic talent is needed. Any creative activity supports the conversation; it isn’t a test of your art skills.
